Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StackTrack.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StackTrack website (https://stacktrack.health), the StackTrack application (https://app.stacktrack.health), or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. StackTrack does not permit anyone under 18 to use the Service.
3. Description of Service
StackTrack is a personal medication, supplement, and wellness protocol tracking application. It allows you to maintain a drug and supplement library, create programs and schedules, log doses, track inventory, export schedules to your calendar, and use AI-assisted features for drug information and product extraction. The Service is provided for personal wellness and tracking purposes only.
4. Account Registration
To use the application, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for personal tracking of your own medications, supplements, and wellness protocols, or for tracking on behalf of persons for whom you have appropriate authority (e.g., family members).
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Use the Service to provide medical advice or clinical services to others
- Share your account with others or allow others to access your health data without your consent
- Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden the Service
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without our permission
7. Medical Disclaimer
The Service is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The information provided through StackTrack is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. StackTrack is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, peptide, or wellness protocol. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

8. AI and Third-Party Information
StackTrack uses artificial intelligence to assist with drug information lookups, product extraction from URLs, and a chat assistant. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It has not been reviewed or validated by a medical professional. See our AI Disclosure for details. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
9. Subscription Terms
During the beta period, StackTrack is free to use. We may introduce paid subscription tiers in the future. If we do, we will notify you of any applicable fees and terms before charging you. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, and software, is owned by StackTrack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKTRACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StackTrack and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
